👋 Hi there!
We are One2N, a remote-friendly, fully bootstrapped, niche software engineering consultancy headquartered in Pune.
We work primarily with startups that have crossed the Zero-to-One chasm of getting to Product-Market-Fit and want to grow the business from One-to-N (hence the name One2N). Our areas of expertise include backend engineering (Go, Java), cloud infrastructure and automation, data engineering, and site reliability engineering.
We differ from traditional services companies by working in an ownership-based, rather than headcount-based manner. We are dependable senior engineers, who take ownership of problems, iterate on solutions, and free you to focus on your core business.

- Create an environment of ownership, transparency, and trust.
At One2N, we’re building an inclusive company with a value-driven culture. We aim to build a company with continuous learning at its center.
This playbook aims to give you an insight into most of the policies and practices we follow at One2N. This playbook will evolve with our experience and inputs.
The basic philosophy behind the One2N policies is:
Do not treat others the way you would not like them to treat you.

One2N has created bootcamps on certain topics, which will be immensely helpful to anyone keen to learn these topics.
These bootcamps are free, exercise-oriented, and self-paced. They cover platform/system engineering with Golang, site reliability engineering, product engineering, and more.
Going through them will help you become better, more pragmatic engineers.Go Bootcamp
