Who we are

πŸ‘‹ Hi there!
We are One2N, a remote-friendly, fully bootstrapped, niche software engineering consultancy headquartered in Pune.
We work primarily with startups that have crossed the Zero-to-One chasm of getting to Product-Market-Fit and are looking to grow the business from One-to-N (hence the name One2N). Our areas of expertise include backend engineering (Go, Java), cloud infrastructure and automation, data engineering and site reliability engineering.
We differ from traditional services companies by working in ownership based, rather than headcount based manner. We are dependable senior engineers, who take ownership of problems, iterate on solutions, and free you to focus on your core business.

Why this playbook

  • Writing begets clarity. This playbook is a self-reminder to ensure we practice what we preach.
  • Create an environment of ownership, transparency and trust.
At One2N, we’re building an inclusive company with a value-driven culture. Our aim is to build a company that has continuous learning at its centre.
This playbook aims to give you an insight into most of the policies and practices we follow at One2N. This playbook will evolve with our experience and inputs.
The basic philosophy behind the One2N policies is:
Do not treat others the way you would not like them to treat you.
